I decided on getting a Grid-Service (gs) account after reviewing a number of hosting providers. While a number of providers beat (mt) on price, they couldn’t beat them in terms of reliability or customer service. What’s the point of saving a few bucks if your site’s going offline every couple of days? The few times they’ve had issues, they’ve been extremely helpful and communicative about outages.
