@Dave - I encountered a minor issue while upgrading to the final Suite, but it was due to me keeping Firefox open during the installation process. (I should've known better to be honest.) Are you on Mac or PC?

I tried to upgrade last night from Photoshop CS3 to CS4. The entire installation ran until the end when I got a "installation failed error code 2" message. I then upgraded my InDesign CS3 to CS4 and had no problems. Any suggestions on a fix?

Hi Chris-

Glad you are enjoying CS4.

As a regular here throughout CS3 trying to help folks with their installation issues I am quite interested to hear about people's experiences with the CS4 installer.

The best installation experience is one that goes by quickly and without incident and lets you jump right in and use the cool new features of CS4.

Cheers-
