		<description>Let me start out by saying that I hope Microsoft gets it but based on Microsoft's past history, I'm sure they have some reason up their sleeve for doing this.

I heard that the Opera CEO had an interesting quote regarding IE 8. Essentially, he was saying that Microsoft is so dominant that they set the standards and thus things are really going to be any different. 

I couldn't find the direct quote but it makes sense.</description>
