Hours wasted searching forums..Running Adobe cleanup scripts (levels 1-4) that don’t work…and still not fixed. Technical support not available on the weekend. Adobe’s executives are this incompetent, I guess, that they haven’t found the time to push through a resolution to this….Inexcusable indeed!

It is pretty ridiculous that the installation process hasn’t been fixed almost a year later. But, they are trying to do something… which for folks like you who are still having problems, probably doesn’t seem like a whole lot (or enough). If you haven’t yet, please contact Barry Hills at Adobe (bhills@adobe.com) regarding your issue.
