Think accessibility can be ignored? Think again. A California judge has certified a class action lawsuit against Target due to its’ website being inaccessible to the blind. If Target loses this battle, other major e-commerce sites should take note.
Please pardon the mess. I'm tightening things up on the design that have been bothering me for a while. I'm hoping that I can get things in shape within the next couple of days, at which point I may release the theme, or a variation of it at least.
IE support is low-priority right now, but will be coming in some fashion once I get happy with the design.
As I have understood it. Target completely ignored any requests to make accommodations and that is what got them in trouble. Probably could have been avoided if they addressed the complaint.
