You must activate your iPhone with AT&T prior to submitting your claim. Once you activate, return to this page after 24 hours to request your credit." So, the phone must be activated with AT&T... BUT, it's still to be determined whether or not they'll be checking to see whether the phone is being used with AT&T or not. I'm probably making a bigger issue of this than I should... So, the phone must be activated with AT&T… BUT, it’s still to be determined whether or not they’ll be checking to see whether the phone is being used with AT&T or not. I’m probably making a bigger issue of this than I should…
