		<description>What you said is one of the main reasons I think flash sucks for full websites.  I hate it, hate it hate it.  And when a client asks me "can you do a site in flash?" I roll my eyes and say, "what's flash?" jk.  I tell them no, and then explain why it won't be a good idea unless they're NIke. ;)

Thanks for the tip to that running site.  That's exactly what I've been looking for.  I have my running shoes and I'm ready to go baby.</description>
