Chapter 34: The Death of Hana Gittelman
It’s Graphic Novel day once again! Chapter 34: The Death of Hana Gittelman was posted to the official Heroes website today. This issue is part two of a two-part series. The graphic novel comes in two flavors: interactive or printable [PDF]. (At 13 pages, you’ll notice that this is the longest graphic novel released so far.)
If you’re not familiar with the graphic novel, you should be! (You can read all of the past graphic novels here.) In most cases they pick up right where the television show leaves you and fill in additional back story between episodes.

All I can say is wow. After watching last night’s episode and then reading this morning’s graphic novel, I am absolutely blown away. This had to be the best novel I’ve read so far. Death seems to be a recurring theme in Heroes. But it’s never the end. I especially love what Peter had to say last night: “Death is the one thing that connects us all. It reminds us that what is really important is who we’ve touched and how much we’ve given. It makes us realize that we have to be good to one another.”
