The Lost Experience

I am a huge fan of the show Lost. Last night, something new started: The Lost Experience. Casual viewers may not have noticed the clue… a short commercial for The Hanso Foundation.
Just what is The Hanso Foundation? Read more about it on Wikipedia.
An elaborate site was developed for this fictional foundation, and I’ve gotta say - it’s pretty darn impressive. I haven’t reviewed it all, but it’s peppered with tidbits of information that - when considered in the context of the show - reveals an amazing amount of information…
Clicking on the Active Projects link on the Hanso site reveals several projects: Mathematical Forecasting Initiative, Worldwide Wellness and Prevention Development Program, Mental Health Appeal, Electromagnetic Research Initiative, Institute for Genomic Advancement, and the Life Extension Project. Every single “project” has a place within the storyline of Lost.
I love this show, and I love this new twist.

Yeah, LOST does rock.
I think this site went live after last weeks show. It was live way before that, but they took it down for a while and redesigned it.
Yeah, it did. I had been to the old site a few times in the past… but was excited to see this new offering. However, when I realized last night that the whole Lost Experience thing is some sort of cross-promotion with Sprite… I was more than a little peeved.
Well I must say that after seeing the commercial, I went right to the sight not knowing that it had already existed. I was sucked right in and almost started believing that this might be real. Thumbs Up to the creators, I was so engulfed that I actually tried calling the “Call Center” to attempt to get further, need less to say it didn’t take me anywhere, but I’m still entranced with the theory of Mind Control.
hehe… It is a pretty interesting concept.
I love the show, and I’ve been addicted to it since the very beginning. It’s the one thing that I am truly selfish about… Wednesday’s at 9pm are almost always devoted to watching Lost…
