Strive to be the very best you can be each and every day, and don’t accept anything less. I just started reading “The Ultimate Weight Solution” by Dr. Phil. (You might know him as that bald guy who used to be on Oprah a lot.) I’ve made a decision to get serious about losing weight. I’m going to begin to chronicle my experience online once I have finished the book and have a clearer direction about how I should proceed. Wish me luck.
